If you would benefit from the services an assistance dog can provide, whether it be a fully trained task dog for a medical disability, a therapy dog for a school, hospital, nursing home, etc, or even an emotional support animal to bring joy and comfort to your life while you combat mental disabilities or endure painful treatments, fill out our application below. You can submit your completed application via email, US mail, or drop it off at our facility. Once we have received, reviewed, and accepted your application, we will contact you for an interview and home visit to ensure you can provide a loving and safe environment for a service or therapy dog. If we have no puppies available at that time, we will start searching for the perfect puppy for you! If you have any questions regarding the program or the process, please feel free to email us, give us a call, or stop in Monday - Friday to speak to one of our trainers.
Please note that after the puppies have been fully vetted and temperament tested by our trainers, they will begin going home with the future handler to begin the bonding process. It will be the owners responsibility to complete potty training, crate training, and teach any additional household rules. However, you will have the consistent guidance of our trainers at your fingertips. You will then arrange your training, whether you opt to drop the puppy off 3-4 days out of the week and review at pickup, or set up a couple 1 hour training sessions with a trainer each week. You will be expected to follow through with training protocols at home and complete your assigned "homework" each week.
